By accessing and using 7am Market Intelligence ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

7am Market Intelligence provides sales intelligence and market research tools for Canadian exporters, including buyer databases, AI-powered matching, decision-maker intel, and market insights.

User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in unauthorized access or use
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Collect or harvest information from the Service without permission
• Use automated systems to access the Service without authorization

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of 7am Development Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

Subscriptions and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your chosen subscription plan. Billing cycles are monthly or annual.

Credits System

Our Service uses a credits-based system. Credits are consumed when you access certain features or request data. Unused credits do not roll over unless specified in your plan.

Refunds and Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. All charges are refundable within 30 days. See our Payments & Refunds policy for details.

Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data provided through the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7am Development Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 7am Development Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
