If you're not happy, we're not happy. All charges are refundable within 30 days, no questions asked.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor:

All payment information is processed securely and encrypted. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.
Billing Cycles
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan:
- Monthly Plans: Billed every 30 days
- Annual Plans: Billed every 12 months
Billing occurs on the same day of each billing cycle. You will receive a receipt via email for each charge.
Free Trial
New users receive free credits to try the service. No credit card required for the trial. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time during or after your trial.
Credits System
Our service uses a credits-based system:
- Credits are included with your monthly subscription
- Credits are consumed when you unlock company data, request matches, or access premium features
- Additional credits can be purchased as needed
- Unused credits expire at the end of your billing period unless otherwise specified
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 30 days of any charge. If you're not satisfied with the service for any reason:
- Contact us at billing@7am.dev within 30 days of your charge
- Let us know you'd like a refund
- We'll process your refund immediately (typically within 5-7 business days)

Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings:
- No cancellation fees
- You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
- Your data remains accessible even after cancellation
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time
Refund Process
When you request a refund:
- We process refunds within 1-2 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We'll attempt to process the payment again
- You'll receive email notifications about failed payments
- Your account will remain active with limited access until payment is resolved
- Update your payment information in your account settings
Pricing Changes
We may change our pricing from time to time. For existing customers:
- You'll be notified at least 30 days before any price change
- Price changes apply to future billing cycles only
- Your current billing cycle is not affected
- You can cancel before the new price takes effect
Taxes
Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes (GST/HST) will be added at checkout based on your location.
Invoice and Receipts
You'll receive:
- Email receipts for all charges
- Access to downloadable invoices in your account
- Detailed billing history
